assigns to your event a personal Sales Manager.        
• prepares event proposal requests (RFP).

provides information on Convention Center Facility features, including site visits:

• ensures that your proposed event program transitions from concept to reality, as smoothly as possible.
• assigns a personal Exhibitor Services Representative to your event.

• assists in event promotion and attendance building.
• publishes show press releases on OCCC website and distributes them to local media.
• provides a list of local media contacts to client and distributes event press kits to local media.
