OCCC's North/South Building 

Connected to the West Building via a pedestrian bridge, the Orange County Convention Center's North/South Building offers over 950,000 square feet of exhibition space, containing two 92,000 square foot general assembly areas.The exhibition space is supported by two covered loading docks with 76 truck bays. Other amenities include 25 meeting rooms/94 breakouts, two innovative restaurants, four food courts, two business centers and 4,777on-site parking spaces.

OCCC's West Building 

The Orange County Convention Center's West building boasts 1.1 million square feet of exhibition space, all on one level, supported by 97 covered loading docks. This beautiful facility includes a total of 49 meeting rooms/141 breakouts, the 2,643-seat Chapin Theater, 200-seat lecture hall, 62,182 square foot multi-purpose Valencia Room, a full-service restaurant, four food courts, two business Centers and 1,450 on-site parking spaces.

Chapin Theater - 2,643 seats

Offering aesthetic and technical perfection, the Orange County Convention Center's 2,643-seat Chapin Theater provides an ideal venue for all types of theatrical performances, award presentations and corporate events. State-of-the-art equipment and an experienced staff can support the most sophisticated productions. The Chapin Theater is supported by four dressing rooms and a grand atrium lobby accommodating pre-event functions.

Valencia Room - 62,182 sq. ft.

The Orange County Convention Center's 62,182 square foot dining and general session venue - The Valencia - can accommodate events up to 6,000. This multi-purpose room can be subdivided into 2 or 3 individual rooms. The Valencia features complete theatrical lighting and is accompanied by two dressing rooms.
