Show Management Services
Large Volume Production from a secure environment to produce your speaker notes or full color booklets for the convention.  Send your originals ahead and save on costly shipping charges.  Produce the quantities you want, when and where you need them.  Complimentary delivery is provided!

Segway of Central Florida is the OCCC's exclusive provider for state-of-the-art Segway personal transporters. Show Managers and Event Planners will benefit from increased visibility, productivity, maneuverability and faster response times on the Segway while engaging with people and situations in a way that's different from antyhing else.

Box Holding Program

As the attendees pick up collateral, books, goodies, etc. while at the convention, boxes will be made available for rent for $20/each at a specified area for the entirety of the show.  The one time fee allows accumulation of their materials throughout the show-unlimited access during show hours.  At the conclusion of the event, attendees can have us ship their materials or they can take the box with them.  It does require a meeting room or secure space to accomplish. 

There are now three full-service FedEx Office Business Centers located at the Orange County Convention Center: outside the West Concourse Hall C, on the North Concourse and another on the South Concourse.  Send us your request in advance and save up to 50%!  FedEx Kinko’s is the exclusive business center for all show exhibitors and attendees at the Orange County Convention Center.  The following services are available on-site:
