ATMs & Money Changing Machines
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and Money Changing Machines are located in every lobby of both the North/South Building and the West Building.

Business Center
The OCCC has on-site business centers located in both the West Building and the North/South Building.  These business centers offer the following services exclusively to our guests: faxing, packing, shipping & receiving, computer rentals, email & internet browsing, office supplies, photocopying, signs/posters/banners, business cards and copy machine rentals.  They also serve as the pick-up and drop-off point for wheelchair and electric scooter rental.  To read more about the OCCC business service centers, click here.

Telephone Access

The OCCC provides courtesy phones for all our guests at various locations throughout the facility. The courtesy phones can typically be found mounted on the walls in front of the main exhibit halls in or near the concourse areas. Dialing instructions for their use can be found on the phones under their handsets. For your convenience, these phones allow local and 800 calling which can be used for making long-distance and international calls. We also provide calling cards which can be purchased at any one of our conveniently-located Information Desks or at anyone of our Business Center locations. 

Cellular telephone services are not guaranteed inside or around the Orange County Convention Center. The availability of cellular services inside or around the OCCC can be impacted by the total number of users attempting to access the public cellular networks as well as your physical location inside the buildings. If you have any questions or problems regarding your cellular, cellular modem, blackberry, iPhone or similar 3G services please check with your personal cellular provider before or while attending your event at the OCCC.

WiFi

The OCCC has an extensive WiFi network that can be accessed from your personal computer or PDA like device which has a WiFi mode. The OCCC Instant Internet services are extremely quick and provide you with valuable information that can be used for everything from finding your way around the buildings to parking rates and locations. If you have any problems accessing the WiFi network while at the OCCC please call 888-614-2637.
